Veterinary Clinic Seal
Round seal for an animal health and pet care practice.
What you can customize
- Edit individual text layers and fonts.
- Change the border, ink color and spacing.
- Export a transparent PNG for documents or SVG for vector workflows.
Preview wording is sample content. Replace names, dates and numbers before using the design.
A veterinary clinic stamp can identify the practice on routine correspondence or appointment paperwork. Start with the clinic name, a short service description and only the contact information the reader needs. This editable circular design is a layout example; it does not certify an animal’s health or replace a required professional process.
Keep the clinic name readable around the ring
The template starts at a design reference of 44 mm. That is a starting point for a proof, not a required veterinary stamp size. Put the practice name on the upper arc and a short location or service line on the lower arc. A long postal address usually fits a rectangle better than a circle.
| Area | Fictional example | Design decision |
|---|---|---|
| Upper ring | CEDAR VETERINARY | Make this the identifying line. |
| Centre | APPOINTMENT DESK | State the administrative use instead of inventing credentials. |
| Lower ring | DESIGN SAMPLE | Replace or remove before real use. |
Adapt the existing layers
- Open the template, select each text layer and replace every sample name and number. Remove a credential line if it is not needed.
- Shorten crowded curved text before making the letters smaller. Keep the animal symbol clear of the lettering.
- Use a single dark ink colour for an ordinary light document. Remove simulated wear for a clean master.
- Download PNG with a transparent background for insertion as an image. Use SVG when a designer or manufacturer requests it, and check the receiving system’s fonts.
Proof it on the actual form
For a 44 mm circular example, set the inserted image to 4.4 cm wide and keep its proportions. Check it beside the appointment text without covering the patient field or reference number. At an illustrative 300 pixels per inch, 44 mm needs at least 520 pixels across; a 900-pixel export exceeds that pixel target, but cannot repair a blurry imported logo.
For prescriptions, vaccination certificates, travel forms or other regulated records, obtain the required wording and procedure from the relevant authority before designing the mark. This page supplies design guidance, not a jurisdiction-specific compliant seal.
