About

What Stampzio provides

Stampzio is a free browser tool for designing stamp images. You can combine text, borders, dates and a logo, then download PNG or SVG without an account. The purpose is to make a small design task accessible without requiring a full design application.

What it does not provide

Stampzio does not manufacture or sell physical stamps, edit PDF documents, issue professional credentials or provide certified electronic signatures and seals. A downloaded design is an image. Manufacturing and document-signing requirements must be checked with the relevant supplier or recipient.

How to use the knowledge library

The guides explain layout choices, physical dimensions, export formats and document placement. Editable examples let you compare a published design with its editor state. Fictional names and sample documents are identified as examples. Illustrations and third-party screenshots are labelled so they are not mistaken for tests of an application.

Publisher and corrections

Articles are published under the Stampzio name. No individual professional qualification is claimed by that byline. Some content is prepared with AI assistance; examples and product instructions need checking against the actual tool. If a guide contains an error, send the page URL, the relevant passage and the result you observed to the contact address below.

Designs and privacy

Stamp text and imported logos are processed in your browser. Website hosting, optional analytics and contact messages involve separate data handling described in the privacy policy. Download the files you need before leaving the editor; the site does not provide a hosted design archive.

Purpose and verification

Stampzio is designed for people who need a simple stamp image without opening a full design suite. The editor builds text, paths and image layers in the browser; its renderer also produces the downloadable examples.

The size calculator uses inches = mm ÷ 25.4 and pixels = ceil(inches × PPI). The transparency checker counts PNG alpha values locally. Screen sizing needs ruler calibration; no screen test establishes how ink behaves on paper. Specific software walkthroughs identify the software and tested files. Other illustrations are explicitly examples, not claims of physical testing.

Product updates

28 September 2026: added size calculations, local PNG transparency checks, calibrated previews, live SVG/PNG comparisons and A4 size PDFs. Fixed localized packaging guides and consolidated preset-only landing pages.
