Use of the tool

Stampzio provides a free tool for designing stamps and seals. You may use the stamps you create for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for the content you put into a stamp and for how you use the result.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the tool to create stamps or seals that impersonate an official authority, forge documents, or infringe someone else’s trademark, copyright or other rights. Creating fraudulent or deceptive seals may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

Official and regulated stamps

Some stamps — such as notary, medical, government or corporate seals — are regulated. Stampzio is a design tool only and does not certify, register or guarantee the legal validity of any stamp. Always confirm the required format and legality with the relevant authority.

No warranty

The tool is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the stamps you create with it.

Intellectual property

Designs you create are yours. The Stampzio name, website design and code remain our property.
