Privacy Policy

Stampzio provides a browser-based stamp designer. This policy describes design processing, website analytics and contact messages.

Your stamp designs

The text, logos and images entered into the maker are processed locally in your browser. We do not send that design content to Google Analytics. Downloads are generated on your device; there is no design account or server-side design archive.

Google Analytics and your choice

Google Analytics 4 is enabled by default unless you have saved a choice to decline analytics. It measures page visits, device and browser information, approximate location and clicks on PNG/SVG export buttons. An export-button event measures a request, not a guarantee that a download succeeded. Google processes technical identifiers and uses analytics cookies. We do not include stamp text, uploaded logos, contact-form fields, URL query strings or URL fragments in our analytics events.

Declining analytics leaves the stamp maker available. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Use Privacy settings in the footer to change it. Turning analytics off disables future analytics collection in that browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected. If browser storage is blocked, your choice cannot be saved and analytics will start by default on the next page.

Hosting and contact messages

Our hosting provider processes technical requests, which can include IP addresses, browser information and server logs, to deliver and protect the website. If you contact us, your name, email address and message are processed to respond. Contact-page session cookies help protect the form against misuse. Do not send passwords, medical records or sensitive document details. We do not use contact messages for marketing.

Advertising and third parties

No advertising network is currently enabled by this readiness update. If advertising is introduced, we will identify the providers and update the policy and consent controls before enabling it. Our analytics provider is Google. See Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.

Privacy questions and rights

Contact infos@stampzio.com about information we hold in correspondence or about your privacy choices. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to processing or complain to a supervisory authority. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations; Google and our host manage data under their service settings and policies.
