Paid Star-Chain Seal
A PAID seal ringed by a chain of stars, with date and thanks.
What you can customize
- Edit individual text layers and fonts.
- Change the border, ink color and spacing.
- Export a transparent PNG for documents or SVG for vector workflows.
Preview wording is sample content. Replace names, dates and numbers before using the design.
This circular PAID design surrounds the main word with two decorative star rings. Choose it when you have a clear square area on a receipt or invoice. For a narrow margin, the rectangular paid stamp is easier to fit.
Keep decoration behind the message
The main word, payment date and thanks line serve different purposes. PAID should be visible first; the date needs to remain readable; the stars are optional. At the initial 40 mm design reference, inspect the date before deciding whether both star rings add value. Delete one ring or the thanks line if the result feels crowded.
Use the payment date, not automatically today
The template has a date layer. Its displayed date may not match the underlying transaction. For a fictional invoice settled on 16 September 2026, replace the date layer with an ordinary text layer reading “16 SEP 2026”. A PNG or SVG stores the date visible at export and never updates itself.
- Verify the transaction in your own records before applying a PAID label.
- Open the template and replace or remove the date and thanks line.
- Reduce the worn effect for a clean version, then export PNG with transparency enabled.
- Insert it in unused space beside the payment summary. Keep the amount, invoice number and payment reference unobscured.
A round design needs space in both directions
For a 40 mm example, set the inserted image width to 4 cm and preserve its square proportions. A 900 × 900 PNG has about 572 pixels per inch at that width. That is a pixel-density calculation, not a guarantee of output quality or an instruction to manufacture at 40 mm.
The mark is a visual status label, not a payment receipt generated by a payment service. Retain the underlying transaction record. Stampzio makes the image; it does not change invoice balances or edit PDF files.
Compare the paid-in-full layout and read the PNG/SVG guide before handing artwork to another application.
